Our planning fee is quoted up front, scoped to the size and complexity of your trip. No surprises, no padding hidden in your bookings.
You see where the money goes
Lodging, tee times, and transport are real costs you can see. We coordinate them honestly — we’re not marking up your green fees.
Think of it like hiring a great planner who happens to know golf travel cold — we make your budget go further than you could on your own, and we save you the dozens of hours it would take to do it yourself.

- Why isn’t there a price list?
- Because no two buddies trips are the same. A long weekend for four in shoulder season and a week for twelve over a holiday are completely different trips. Instead of forcing you into a package, we quote each trip to your group’s budget and goals.
- How do I know if I can afford it?
- Tell us your budget range in the intake form and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic — and how to get the most out of it. There’s no obligation, so the worst case is you get a free, tailored read on your trip.
- What does the concierge fee cover?
- The planning and coordination: sourcing and recommending lodging, arranging tee times across courses, sorting transport, building the day-by-day itinerary, and keeping your group aligned from first inquiry through the trip.
- Do you mark up lodging or tee times?
- Our model is a transparent planning fee, not a hidden markup on your bookings. How payments flow for each trip is something we confirm when we scope it with you.
